This elegant Erofili (Ερωφίλη) Rosé Demi-Sec is a semi-dry wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Crete, Greece. Crafted by the Heraklion Winery, it features a unique blend of 60% Liatiko and 40% Muscat of Spinas grapes.
The wine presents a bright pink color with violet highlights and a complex aromatic profile of strawberry, sour cherry, and cherry. On the palate, it is well-balanced with refreshing acidity, a robust body, and a long, syrupy finish. It serves as an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with shellfish, Asian cuisine, sushi, or caramelized fruits. For the best experience, serve chilled at 8–10°C.
