Description
It is the essence of the distillate. Produced in artisanal discontinuous distillation with fractional copper alembics in Rethymno, their distillate reveals a fully balanced aftertaste as well as its typical intense and strong aroma.
Preferably served at 12°C, after letting it rest in your glass for a few minutes.
