Thymissi extra-virgin olive oil comes from organic olive groves in Lassithi Crete, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Cold-pressed under 27°C, unfiltered, it retains its healthful qualities. Medium intense, fruity and spicy. Use it to salads, vegetables, fish and meat.
