Recipe and Tips
- 200 G MYZITHRA CHEESE
- 200 G GREEK YOGHURT
- 80 G CRETAN THYME HONEY
- 90 G PASTELLI BAR
Mix the first 3 ingredienst ina blender. Crush the pastelli bar into small pieces and place in the bottom of the kilner jars. dd the Mousse mix and top with a layer of marmalade.
*Can substitute Ricotta if necessary.
