- 1 TBSP OLIVES
- 1 TBSP CAPERS
- 1 LARGE DAKOS, BROKEN INTO PIECES
- ¼ C CRUMBLED FETA
Dressing:
- 1 SMALL TOMATO
- 1 ½ TBSP OREGANO FLAVORED OLIVE OIL
- ½ TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR; S & P TO TASTE
- BLEND DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ASSEMBLE 1ST 6 INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, CRUMBLING FETA ON TOP. DRIZZLE WITH DRESSING. CAN ADD A BIT MORE OREGANO TO FINISH.
