The grapes of the Vidiano variety create a wine with distinctive golden colour and a complex bouqouet of citrus aromas such as bergamot, as well as scents of pear, banana and melon. It is a tasty and somewhat oily wine with unique acidity which makes it an excellent accompaniment for a wide range of dishes and foods. The perfect accompaniment for seafood, poultry and pasta with light sauces. Best consumed at 10-12 °C.
