Prealcoholic maceration in low temperatures and classic red vinification under controlled temperature. It ages for 30 months out of which 18 months in oak French barriques. Perfect for long ageing. You can drink now or keep it for at least 10-15 years. Deep red colour with dried fruit, spices, chocolate and vanilla aromas. Intensive tannins and long after taste. Enjoy it with red meat, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauce and hard cheese. Best served at: 18ο C.
