Red dry wine produced from the international variety Syrah and the local Kotsifali. Date of harvesting : 26th - 30th August. Classic red vinification in stainless vats, blended with selected yeasts followed by its fermentation at the stable temperature of 20oC. Then it is left to mature in French oak barrels for twelve months. Enjoy it in room temperature 18oC with spicy cheese, red meat, game.
